Eduard Baumann, more than 70 years old, is a retired physicist. He has made around 2000 levels, and almost after each update (during the recent 10 years), we can see his new levels.
Q1: What do you think about this game?
It's a very very valuable game and should replace the instruction of latin in college!
Q2:You have created around 2000 levels in total. And within more than 10 years, you send a group of levels almost every month. How did you insist? Where did you find inspirations?
Problem solving skills should be promoted. I have to force my self a little bit to continue creating levels (at least to 20'000 from all).
Q3:You have had a long-term cooperation with Donald Drouin. Did you also solve the levels that were edited by Donald, and what do you think about these new versions?
They are often much more difficult and so more interesting. I do often not solve them but look at th playback sent from Donald to me.
Q4:In your hint, there is usually a sentence:⬝Don"t worry, be happy!⬝ Is this sentence also your motto in your life?
Yes, why not.
Q5:Your level names usually include each vowel once. How did you find so many names that match this condition?
One word only was difficult, but in two words it is much easier.
Q6:Among the large group of levels, which are your favorite? Could you choose about 10 levels?
Kid and Easy.
Q7:Do you like to try to solve many levels?
At the beginning I solved a lot (thousends) but now much less.
Q8:Are there any differences between when you made the first level and now?
No, I think I work in a steady state.
Q9: LT"ers may want to know more about you in the real life. Could you say something about your real life? Is anything of LT helpful for your life?
I'm a retired physicist. I have a blog see http://edu1618.jimdo.com/
and a homepage http://www.baumanneduard.ch/
Q10:What do you think about the future of Lasertank?
It is possible that this beautiful experience stops once if it is not used to replace latin. ;-)
