Cool bug, what is happening is that the tank dosn't live on the
gameboard but in a different area. When you put the tank over the
block, the block is actually still there (even though you don't see
it anymore) If you left it there and saved the level, the block would
be replaced by the tank at that time (the tank IS stored on the
gameboard in the LVL file). Once you move the tank off of the
invisable Block (or any object) you can't place a block there because
the editor thinks that a block is already there.
I Will Look into fixing this bug.
