Tutor-with-Playbacks.lvl has been updated.It now contain 95 levels, their LPB files and the updated GHS file.(The modifications are listed in New-in-Version-4.txt)Tutor.lvl has also been updated.It now contain 79 levels.
Thanks to Yono in Jkt for managing these 2 levels files.

Old file had 80 levels.
Two levels were deleted.
One new level was added into the file.
Therefore, the new file has 79 levels.The two deleted levels are:
#24 *) "Right For Record Holder" by "Ihab NAIRI". Reason: The level used Bartok's bug when the latest LT version was 4.08 Beta. Later, the bug was fixed in LT 4.08 Final and LT 4.1. Now, the paradox (GHS hunters should go to the "longer" path -- to the right -- to win with 6/3 score) is gone. We go to the left and get 5/3 score!
#79 *) "Break the bricks to win" by "Yono in Jkt.". Reason: This feature has been explained four times before: #6 "Many lasers through you" by "Horst Ledpeddle", #18 "(B+P) / 2 = I" by "Ihab NAIRI", and #60 "Will You Be Shot?" & #61 "Tank-Mover Entry" by "LFE the FLE".
*) Old level number.
The only one new level:
#79 "Be Close to Your Enemy". Actually, it's the original level by "LFE the FLE". He prefers the original level in Tutor.LVL.
Tutor-with-Playbacks.LVL
Old file had 88 levels.
Two LFE's levels were merged and moved into Tutor.LVL.
Nine new level were added into the file.
Therefore, the new file has 95 levels.To replace LFE's levels, I made one level that covers the features. It's #75 "Riding and sliding safely".
