The current wiki page is a complete standard page that explains LT and
leads the readers to the right destination. It will grows and stabilizes
soon.
Translations can wait until the English version becomes rather stable.
(BTW, id articles are less than 10,000.)
There's setup package that needs mention.
I'll introduce the wiki page to some LT illiterate persons. Let's see,
what will happen.
