I have also Vista, I use Avast (for free) download this, let him work to find the problem. I have also Zonealarm ( zonelabs) for the Firewall (also for free). You are member of Yahoo-groups and I have the idea Yahoo sells adresses to e.g. Russians (I get lots of spam). Furthermore, do not open mails from strangers, before you know it you've a "worm" etc. in the message,
