reach the flag, not laser shots. The laser is only there to help you,
to ease your way to the flag. I know it not sometimes only ease your
way but is absolutely necessary for the completion of many levels, but
still, in you want to travel in a smart way, think about saving on
fuel, be efficient.
The goal, if you want to beat some scores, is to reach the flag as
quickly as possible. With that in mind, laser shots are secondary.
The other way around would sound quite strange and illogical. You dont
have to think long about it to realize it cannot be lasershots first,
then moves. Anyone can fire zillions shots in any levels.

makes us solving the levels in smarter way. It's like controlling your
TV set; you can move to the TV button or you can stay in your cozy
sofa and press your remote control.

meanwhile other players (like those astute GHS hunters), with a very
efficient move of their tank, use the mirrors, anti-tanks, or other
objects to help the tank. Sometimes they move many mirrors around or
rotate many mirrors just to save only a few moves.

thought it is important to know _how_ one can beat it :-) Mabye this
information should be available in the help file (if it is already
there then I failed to notice it!)

other way? Implementation, historical reasons? Intuitivelly, I see no
reason to prefer the # of moves over the # of shots and while solving
the levels sometimes I get a smaller number of shots for a few more
moves (not that I want to enter the GHS :-)... Mabye the sum of two is
a better measure of overall performace, but I guess it would be
difficult to change things now.
