I don´t know if everybody has the same problem I have
to determine the the hour established in connection with the local
hour. What I propose is to use sideral or gtm hour and then each one
will know what the difference is.
If you go to www.dransom.com/astroclk.html you can
download a program where each one can insert his local(click F6)place
and get
the hour gtm, sideral, etc.etc. The chat should be established in one
of those hours, and no body will have problem to know the time.Bye..
