O4 water stays until the end.
Assume your tank has reached P column.
Push P3 block to P2.
From P4: Push N4 block to M4.
Push O3 block to N4.
(You will do this routine many times later.)
Your tank goes around the board counterclockwise.
Push N4 block to M4.
Push O2 block to N4.
(You see the routine.)
In the future:
The blocks move up through P column.
The four blocks in O column go down.
Many times, you need to put a block on P4 tunnel.
Push it up to P3 when you finish shooting to the left.
Push the block to P4 tunnel; it will emerge on N2 tunnel.
(Make sure there's no other block at O2.)
So, there's wasted block at the top right corner.
