I see your point, but whether people have free time to play or not, it
has nothing to do with this debate. LaserTank is not a racing game, it
takes patience AND determination.
I say it has nothing to do with this Solution-File debate because even
if you dont play often, that doesnt change the fact that
easily-available-solutions would remove the soul, or the purpose of
the Game. It is true that some people would jump right at the solution
file at the first difficulty encountered, and this is not at all
desirable. This puzzle game is a good tool to learn self-control, it
teaches resourcefullness, perseverence and, above all, it makes our
imagination working over-time with the result of improving our
abilities of problem-solving which can very well benefit in other
domains afterward.
You say that you solved nearly 90% of the first 770 levels. Seeing the
playback files for the remaining levels wont change your score, you
would still be at "nearly 90%", but this time without a chance of
ever improving yourself.
My suggestion?...If you give-up playing some levels and you really
need to see their playback files, simply send an e-mail to the Author
to ask for help. If the Author is not around, you can ask for help on
this Group, isnt it why it is here for ?? People have asked for help
here concerning particular levels, and they will use this forum for
that matter again for sure.
Have a nice week!
Best regards,
Robert
