There're 43 blocks.
42 blocks go to the Snake River, one block goes to C14.
If there's one block in the 16th row (B16-D16), push it into A16 tunnel.
The block emerges on B15 tunnel. Push it to A15.
Put your tank on A16 tunnel, shoot the block up into A3 tunnel.
The block emerges on B3 tunnel. It's in the Silk Road to the Snake
River.
