I can add your file
to the file section, and i can designate this file to be sent once a month to
all members.
But i don't have
any control to choose the date it will be sent. I have only the following
possibilities.
(I think the file
will be sent on the 1st of each month)
May be it would be
better if you would post the file yourself on the group 3 times a
month,
(i.e. 3 days before the event(18th), then 2 days before the event(17th) and finally the day of the event(16th))
(i.e. 3 days before the event(18th), then 2 days before the event(17th) and finally the day of the event(16th))
P.S. Don't forget
that our members come from all around the world, thus we do not live on the same
time zone.
