There's some good ideas here. I haven't had a chance to read everything but I want to add one thing to the discussion. Suyono created Tutor-with-Playbacks.lvl for teaching new players. It was different from Tutor.lvl because it gave more practical level solving techniques presented in real levels. eg. it taught me how to position a block in the middle of a large icy region using mirrors. It was the supplement to tutor.lvl. So maybe that's a starting point.
Also, since Tutor-with-Playbacks.lvl concept is similar to providing lpbs to some levels, maybe we should have a look at how successful Tutor-with-Playbacks.lvl has been (Note: it's been inactiive for a while now). It might give an indication of how successful the new suggestion will be.

That is like, after a good math student completes a paper of homework, he can communicate with others about their opinions or check the standard answer.
