. . . I don't know why it (Msg. #4480) wasn't printed in the digest, but if you haven't read it, . . .
Msg. #4487 (Stephen Ryan <stephen.ryan@3...>):
. . . i'm not sure what you might mean by "digest" other than the
messages page, . . .
The member has three choices regarding the message delivery status:
(1) Individual emails: Individual email messages
are sent to the member.
(2) Daily digest: Many emails in one message
are sent to the member once a day.
(3) No email: No email is sent to the member,
he/she reads the messages at the website.
Therefore it is possible that a message is posted at the website but not included in the daily digest. Why? I dont know. (Not related to those anti-spam messages. I'll explain below.)
******************************
Msg. #4488 (Stephen Ryan <stephen.ryan@3...>):
. . . i posted to the group "[email protected]", and got an
anti-spam email message back: . . .
Msg. #4491 (Stephen Ryan <stephen.ryan@3...>):
. . . if this is only the first (and second) time that my message
didn't show up in the digest, then i still suspect that it's all tied in
with the anti-spam message that both donald and i received after we posted
our individual posts. . . .
I suspect that the anti-spam messages are false alarms made by the email server. Your message #4480 was not in the Teds digest, but there was not anti-spam message yet. You got the anti-spam message the first time when you sent message #4487, which was posted anyway. So, lets continue driving our tank.
