I worked on an iOS version of LaserTank. This is a version that runs on the Windows platform.
It supports both 32-bit and 64-bit and is powered by Direct3D 11 and Direct3D 9 and OpenGL. It should make use of the best graphics acceleration possible.
Right now most the menu items are disabled but I'm working on getting it working.
The sources to this are the same as the iOS version.
If anyone wants a sneak preview see below.
