I agree that the hint is wrong, but the laser is not in front of the
tank as we see it ... so maybe it's not in front at all. It looks
like they occupy the same square. I don't think there is a problem
with thinking of it like this. (the way I think of it, you get shot
if the laser is going to be on the square next to the tank and
moving towards the tank)
And anyway, the block being hit does not prove the laser is in
front. What happens if they both hit the block at the same time?
