It is, however, possible to let through every 1-12 shots using 2 pairs of tunnels, and more with addition pairs... but with only 1 output operational, and taking up a huge amount of space.
I also figured out a way to get the level up to 13 556 617 751 088 moves counting only the 3^21 parts (so there's still more).
Can someone tell me which antitank would fire the last shot if you were to do the original map? If it's top, can someone tell me how many passes it took to get the top tank firing the last shot (in my level) ? I just want to know if this works... (Oh yes, and level attached)
For one thing, if it takes a lot of passes, it's better to let through every 11 shots instead of 6.
