creation topic is appropriate... I think...
Well, there are several problems :
1. Setting connections. It's definately not as simple as anyone might
think...
2. Replays. I believe LaserTank replays only records movements -
Since there are 2 players, it might cause a problem...
One way is that when one makes a move, the other player have to also
make a move for both moves to commence. A "skip" move would be
necesary in case it needs one moving and one staying in place.
3. For battle mode... Replays shouldn't be needed, but looking at a
huge logical war between two geniuses (or not) should be nice.
-Since it needs both to commence moves at the same time, two lasers
hitting each other should make both beams neutralized... probably.
4. Two separate flags for cooperative mode might be a good idea - So
that both people aren't nailed on the same target.
-Should the game be done if one of them dies? Perhaps an option for
allowing one to die (For what reason I don't know yet) to be
implemented somewhen (If it never happens.. Oh well, this IS just an
idea) would be nice... though knowing WHY would someone sacrifice for
the other would be a problem... so this idea should've gone in the
trash can.
That's all =)
