If you haven't voted for the poll "What
are your favorite LTG's?", please vote
now because the poll will be closed on
Tuesday, April 6, 2004 (GMT). The date
is ahead of the original schedule because
I'll make the SECOND ROUND poll with the
same question but with much less choices.
If the current status is used, only THREE
LTG's are qualified to be included in the
second poll. They are: . . . visit

In the new poll, the voter can vote for
ONE choice only, while in the current
poll the voter can vote for MORE than one
choice.
Many LT players use the internal graphics
until they have become accustomed with
and stuck on it. Other LTG's look strange
to them. Should they use other LTG's,
their performance would drop (resulting
in worse scores.) Actually, there are
some LTG's which may fit their needs
better than the status quo. If they would
give the chance for the new LTG's, they
could get rid of their old LTG permanently.
The new LTG might look strange for a week
or so, however, after around two weeks of
trial, the original LTG would become
history.
There are 139 LTG's in the collection. (Visit
http://pages.globetrotter.net/lasertank/LT_Utility/start2.htm.)
Some LTG owners helped me making the
short list for the poll. The list of 24
LTG's has been used in the current poll. *)
(Yahoo limited the number of choices up
to 25; one choice is used for 'other'.)
Try some of them.
If you are not happy with any of the
LTG's, you can make your own LTG. It's
easy and fun.
Bye,
Suyono
*) I wrote the list alphabetically,
starting from '00 beach' (#1) to 'Zelda
DX' (#24), plus 'OTHER' (#25). The Yahoo
Polls automatically sent the message
including the list to this Yahoo Forum
correctly. (See Message #5331.) However,
the list in the Yahoo Polls started with
LTG #17, up to #25, then #01, up to #16.
Strange, isn't it?
