I just had a look at it. I don't know where you're stuck but I'm
assuming it's right at the start where I had the most trouble.
Obviously the trick is knowing where to park the blocks. I didn't
equal the GHS so it's possible there is a more efficient method but
the following will work.

I think the tendancy is to travel around the outside which means
pushing some blocks in towards the centre and then you're stuck.
Passing through the middle seemed the way to go but F8 was
problematic. However, if you push C8 to B7, F8 can be pushed to the
left. Then you can travel up and out via D5, F2 goes down, and
(finally) I5 goes down to be pushed in the water.
The rest is relatively straight forward and you don't need to use the
black tunnels.
