It is true that he have
called himself "Joe the Idiot" in his message.
(It is his privilege to
call himself as he want)
And it is also true that it
is preferable to "ZIP" a large file
before posting it.
But i think that it is
preferable to explain this to a new-comer than to ask for a
banishment.
Next time he will
know.
