Wow, sounds like a big job - I can barely manage my own HS and LVL files!
May I suggest that levels 1417 to 1422 ("Binary...") in Beginner.lvl be moved to Special.lvl. They are not long or boring or repetitive levels, and they represent virtually no challenge to solve, but they may instead have educational value or be of special interest to others since they simulate binary mechanical or electronic computational devices and demonstrate how simple logic circuits might operate, similar to the long virtually unsolvable "Trinary..." levels in Special.lvl.
Perhaps other lasertankers would like to agree or differ, but I shall defer to your wisdom!

I am one hundred percents agree with Steve, those six levels are
distinctive treasures which show LaserTank levels could simulate
computational devices. If Steve doesn't mind, I would like to suggest
him giving more explanatory hints. Levels 1418 to 1422 have the same
hints, "don't shoot; i have a wife and kids." Conceivably ordinary
players would like to know how they count, add, and multiply.
So I support the idea to move the levels to Special-I.lvl,
nevertheless the last word is Donald's.
