Go to http://pages.globetrotter.net/lasertank/ltank_en.html (for the English version).
To download the latest version of the program (not the levels) click on Download Game at the left and then DownLoad LaserTank ver 4.1.2 at the top of the page. You can also download a language kit if you prefer the menus and messages to be in a language other than English. Included with the program will be the 2030 levels in LaserTank.lvl.
The easiest way to download the latest versions of all the other levels is to click on New levels & High Scores at the left and then All the Levels, GHS and Reports in one zip file near the top of the page.
