The locations of some of the Beginner.lvl and Special.lvl levels
were changed in the 7/18/02 revision. Hence, a special proceedure is
required to update the Beginner.hs and Special.hs files.
Requirements: a. Pre-7/18/02 Beginner.x and Special.x, x = hs &
lvl, files. b. The LaserTank Utilities Suite (or at least its
LTCopyHS.exe program and its DLL). All of these files are assumed to
be in the same folder.
Proceedure:
1. Rename the Pre-7/18/02 Beginner.lvl and Beginner.hs files
(e.g., to Beginner-old.*).
2. Delete Beginner.hs (we are going to remake it from scratch).
3. Extract the new Beginner.lvl.
4. Run the LTCopyHS.exe program with Input File =
Beginner-old.lvl, Output File = Beginner.lvl, and "Only consider the
first match" option (you can select the don't prompt option when you
get tired of seeing them). Be patient, since almost every input file
level matches an output file level, this operation may take a long
time.
5. Repeat the above steps with 'Special' in place of 'Beginner'.
