the mythbusters are my heroes. science AND danger. maybe i'll get my
dog to lick out my coffee cup each day. you would think that
something that gets boiling water poured into it each day would be
somewhat sanitary, and one less dish to wash, but apparently an
unwashed coffee cup is a great source of microscopic life, as it has
moisture, sugar and oils from the coffee, all the necessary
ingredients to sustain life.
