Good Points FB, I didn't think about the fact that you
have to be a
member to access the Utility page. Hopefully Donald will let me
mirror his pages on my site.
The Help file does say for the user to check the lasertank website
for more graphics files. Maybe I will add something to the "About
Box" that discusses this.

Modified the program to open the help file using a complete file
name ( including drive & directory). I didn't have the described bug
on my computer, but I fixed it anyway. It should work when you change
the directory for eather a new level file or graphics file.

I have uninstall and
reinstall the new version, and now the help file is always
available.
