To run them:
BETA 19 is easy to run. It is the program, the one that once will
become Laser Tank version 4.0. To run it, simply unzip the zip file
you downloaded and run the program inside.
The level file is loaded this way: Inside Beta 19, press O or choose
the menu Game->Open Data File in order to get a file selector. Find
the level file and load it.
