now.
So far the people ( 7 of you ) have said to not change the way the
GHS is updated when you beat a score. I have been thinking about this
and now I think it would be a good idea. The main reason is if
someone changes something in a level for testing and then finishes
the level and beats the GHS, the GHS file will have the "Cheated"
high score in it. Once the user resets the level to the way it was,
the program will clear out the High Score, But NOT the GHS.
Also there are the four Kheper Levels that can be done in 1 move or
many moves. If you do it in one move by accident then there is no way
to see what the score was before.
The problem would still be how to display the GHS file showing which
GHS scores have been beaten. It would be easy for me to put a '*'
between the level number and the name for any level where the HS is
greater than the GHS. It would be much more programming to change the
color of the level ( I already changed the HS & GHS windows to use
the difficulty colors like in the Load Level Window), I would have to
change its background color.
Lets talk about this.
