made pink (255, 0, 255) ground to replace all ground in the LTG's. I
realized that ground pixels are not consistently used in each of many
LTG's. Only two out of ten LTG's passed the test: JungleJim(blue).ltg
(GerrW) and Steel_Heroes.ltg (Yves Maingoy). The other eight LTG's
failed the test: Ages_Of_Myst.ltg (GerrW), AOE_2.ltg (= Age of Empires
II by THZ), Original.ltg (Jim Kindley), Paintshop.ltg (Cleo),
Ripped_Off_B.ltg (Rusty), Pigru.ltg (= www.pig.ru by Dron),
Warcraft_II.ltg (Yves Maingoy), and Zelda.ltg (Blade). [Shadow on the
ground is acceptable to pass the test.]
Tile number 1 is the reference. The tested tiles are numbers: 6-8,
12-13, 15, 24-35, 45-55, and 58-60. (First row: left to right, second
row: left to right, etc.) Bricks and dead anti-tanks are tested because
some LTG's have those objects on the ground.

One of my program previewer tested Donald's Eye_Saver+Grid.ltg (the old
one, which has red arrows) and asked me about some grid leftover. It's
my explanation.
The color of the ground (16, 148, 148) is used in the flag (the tank's
logo), the solid block (the bolt's shadow), the three crystal blocks
(the light's reflection).
The grid has two colors: green (16, 189, 115) and gray (189, 181, 206).
The green is used in the tank mover's chevrons.
The grid's inconsistency is found only in these tiles: the flag (a
little in the first and the third) and the rotary mirror (the last two).
The last three unused tiles: the ground has no grid as the real ground
has.

I plan to make a program to view and convert the colors of a tile.
Assume that a user has a collection of grass tiles. To see individual
tile is useless, he/she needs to see it in a large block. (I made 8x8
tiles of the grass.) The program also sorts (max.) ten most pixel colors
in the tile. The user can change the (max. ten) colors in the tile and
see the result in the 8x8 tiles picture besides the original 8x8 tiles.
The changes can be made individually using a table of RGB. (The user
clicks a check box if certain color needs to be changed. There are ten
check boxes.)
Example: I have a grass tile. I like the pattern but I don't like the
colors. I can't remake the grass because it was created randomly using
Grass-Maker.exe. (Or, ice tile that was made randomly by Ice-Maker.exe.)
The program does the job.

On Dec. 21, 2003, "Thin-Ice-Crack-Maker.exe" was updated with the
introduction of shift functions (left, up, right, and down.) The shift
function is useful to make individual tile looks good. (Makes most
cracks at the center of the tile and keeps the balance.) On the same
date, the Grass-Maker.exe was also updated.

Hi Gerry, I couldn't find the "Polar Expedition".
