I can't think of good hints for these, I'll just give my logic without
giving too much details.
For 607: In order to get to the flag, the water at the top has to be
filled in. There are 15 squares of water at the top and 15 blocks.
So all blocks are necessary. Since you solved the others, you
understand how to have 4 mirrors set up to be able to shoot a block
behind the lasertank so that it goes under the lasertank. In order to
walk on the filled in water, you need to get to the filled in water at
the top right. Therefore, you need to set up 4 mirrors (the 2 at the
top right and 2 others) in order to climb that mountain. After
shooting up the 2 rightmost blocks, you need to get to the next
rightmost block. That means that most of the remaining blocks must be
pushed up out of the way. However, you will have to get them back
down to shoot them right. You can use the same 4 mirror, mountain
climbing approach to get above them to shoot them back down. Finally,
getting the last block in the water can be a little tricky since it is
also needed to climb the mountain. After you use it to get the
lasertank to the top, there has to be a way to get it the rest of the
way up while the lasertank is to the side of it and above it. That
means that an opening is needed at the top somewhere to the left and
that mirrors must be set up so that the lasertank can shoot into the
mirrors to bring up the block the rest of the way.
For 608: Again, the path to the flag is at the top right. So, again, 4
mirrors must be set up (the 2 facing each other at the top right and 2
others) in order to climb that mountain. There are 6 blocks beneath
those mirrors. 1 is needed for the climb. The other 5 must be moved
out of the way. One of those moved blocks must move to the conveyor
to the right of the 4 mirror, mountain climb so that the lasertank can
walk on it to get to the opening at the top right. In order to move
blocks from the top 2 rows of blocks, the lasertank must climb a
mountain to get to them. The only opening is at the very left. So a
block is needed there to climb that mountain. In order to get to the
block that is used in the final climb to the top right, the remaining
blocks in the bottom row must be moved up out of the way.
