There are a few programs on the internet which allow you to draw a
selected region of the screen, press the record button, and then
capture whatever it is you are doing in that selected region for a
period of time. The one that i use most often is Snagit...its
basically a fancy screen capturing program that is free for 30 days,
and $40 USD afterwards. The website is here:
