Sometimes, showing the final stage of
the level is helpful to solve the level.
When I submitted Special-I #355 "A very
long week (Mod.)" to Donald, I
accompanied it with a special level "A
very long week (End)" to show how the
last few moves should be done. (So,
Donald could see the last few moves.)
This level (End) has never been
published because it's only the subset
of the complete level (Mod.). The level
is easy, but the tank needs a few more
moves to reach the flag. (Four cyan
tunnels under the mirrors at L4, K5, H8,
and G9 can't be shown, but they don't
affect the solution.) If you want to try
it, see the attachment. (In two ways:
"Zip file attachment" and
"Text-Converted file".) Salute to Arek
who solved many Special levels.
BTW...
There is a good new level in the
Beginner-II file. It's level #99
"Kung Pow Chicken" (Kung Pao Chicken)
by Wang Chow. The level was carefully
designed by the author. The kids should
enjoy this short level. It's not boring.
At the beginning, the level looks hard.
How does the tank go from H16 to H1?
Brave kids would try the adventure
anyway. They should overcome obstacles
one at a time. (Some kids might shoot
five benign anti-tanks.) The author
would guide them in a pre designed path
to the flag. Probably, "Moo Goo Gai Pan",
"Chicken Chow Mein", and "Egg Foo Young"
are coming soon. (?) How about Korean
food (Yukgaejang, Gom-tang, Bulgogi,
Bibimbab, etc.), Japanese food (Chicken
Teriyaki, Beef Sukiyaki, Mixed Tempura,
Sushi Assortment, etc.), or these
specials (Satai/Sate, Gado-gado, Soto,
Gudeg, etc.)? Bravo, Wang Chow.
Bye,
Suyono
