I've solved the level Ch-III 327 myself. The first sector uses well known "long shot" trick (for it the AT B10 have to be moved to B11). The rest is easy.

In my solution, I consider the second section to be using a trick, although it is a trick used in a number of levels: you have to cause an object to go under the LT. The other 2 sections do not use tricks. As the in-game Hint says for that level, the second section involves killing, but the third section does not. In my solution for the third section, both movable blocks are needed and I moved all 6 of the upward facing anti-tanks. The order of moving things matters. My score for the entire level is 199/128, which is not as good as the GHS of 171/111.
