The process of rating levels right now, and then re-rating them with
the temp file, in my opinion, is the best way to go. Maybe your
ratings guide (or something similar) could be put in the "Writing
your own levels" section of the help file in Lasertank, giving those
level creators who don't visit this group a better understanding of
the difficulty system.
