I'm sure there are quite a few and if they are like me then you all talk way over our heads. I don't understand the mechanics but love the game.Thank you for taking such good care of it.

Thank you Fern, Donald, and Mark for your well wishes. I no longer have to see a doctor and I no longer have any restrictions. My system is still not quite its normal and there is probably still a little bit of healing, but that is not stopping me from doing things. I still need to get caught up in various aspects of my life. This is also a good opportunity to thank the level authors: current, recent, and earlier. I look at all of the new levels, although I am not always able to solve them. I also spend some time of each month looking at earlier levels. They are a good and entertaining exercise for the brain in good times, and are a good distraction during other times. There are still lots of levels for me to look at. Over the years, I have completed 33% of the 18,652 levels in the Updates file. 67% of those are Easy levels, since that is what I concentrate on solving. I have 44% of the Easy levels completed, so there are still lots of Easy levels to keep me busy. I do not always find the GHS solution. But knowing the GHS often helps to find its solution, so I have found a GHS matching solution 48% of the time. I am looking forward to solving more levels, both new and old. This is also a good opportunity to thank Donald for managing the new levels and scores, to thank Harvey for his work with the various utility programs, to thank Jim for creating LaserTank in the first place, and to thank all of the people who found the GHS solutions originally so I know how close I am to the ideal solutions. I am very glad I found this wonderful pastime. - Jay --- "verysecret_squirrel" wrote: > > That's terrible news. > > Jay, I hope you get well soon and make a full recovery.
