1) Without ice at M13 and C15, the laser
is two square in front of the tank.
2) With the addition of ice at M13, the
laser in one square in front of the
tank.
3) With the addition of ice at M13 and
C15 the laser is on the same square as
the tank, but the program moves the
laser before it moves the tank each time
they should move, so the laser is a
whisker in front of the tank.
About your (LFE's) modification:
The tank is hit because you add the ice
at the column A. The ice doesn't need
that long; one square of ice (in column
A) is enough to make the tank one square
in front of the laser. The program scans
the laser activity before it does on the
tank, so the tank is hit.
