I just noticed that there was
misunderstanding between you and
the level manager.
A long time ago, the level authors
gave ratings to their own levels
when they submitted them. Starting
the end of year 2002, the new rule
has been applied. The new levels are
made "No Rating" (the color is white).
Later, when the GHS hunters submit
their scores and playback files, they
also submit the ratings for the
levels they have solved. In your
case, let the GHS hunters be the
judges for your levels.
Therefore, you don't need to ask the
level manager, what the ratings of
your levels will be. Que sera sera.
