Special big congratulations to all those who broke the Effective defence (Singular in the original title!),
especially to those 3 players who thought deeper than the author with his 258 move solution.
It's a big surprise for me, that one of my levels had been choosen for a competition (the first one, if I am right).
I've already forgotten that I created a level with that name 15 years ago :) so thanks to Li to for naming the authors and for choosing my old puzzle. I had to think it over again to solve it with 260/113
BTW while looking at another group on Yahoo, I noticed the results and my name... Otherwise, I am really inactive both as player as well as author. Maybe my daughters will play some day...
P.S. I have been 31 when I made this and many other levels. How about the age of the players who entered the competition?
