After a short thinking I solved the #1701 Ch-4 level.
My score is 98 m, 68 s - which is only one move more than Secret Scuirrel's score.
Indeed there is a long but simple shuffling after 7 "staying at thin ice" Pono's tricks.
I rate the #1701 level as EASY because the "thin ice" trick became well-known and straightforward.

I am rather confused with your answer.
( 1-st of all - YES - I meant J7 ( not I7 ) - it's just a typo )
You wrote that you put AT P13 inside prior to getting the position at my screenshot.
It is impossible, because moving AT P13 inside the square with the flag ( edged by crystal blocks) is possible
only by pushing it down from P12 and it can be done ONLY if the LT is there ( at P12) - and it can be done AFTER LT
penetration into space left to the bricks N12,O12. Another option is to sink the P10 mirror into P3, but again - this is
impossible because AT P13 prevents shooting to the bottom of the mirror P10.
So, I cannot imagine how did you move AT P13 "inside" without reaching the position shown at my screenshot.
Please explain that.

In my opinion, you did the most difficult part. When I first looked at the level, I thought I only had to use the "stop without breaking the thin ice" trick for the last one. But looking at it now, I see the trick needs to be done more than once. For the most part, I reached your screenshot position in 31m, 41s, partly because it is more efficient to shoot the AT to P16 later. In your description, you use I7 when it is actually J7. In my solution, I did use the P10 mirror. Since the AT at P13 would be in the way, I put that inside first and the movable block next. That meant I had to do a lot of shuffling inside with very little room. Everything is needed. So it was difficult and took me a number of attempts, but I found that easier than getting to where you currently are in your screenshot. My final score was 1 move less than Secret Squirrel's, with the same number of shots.
